For the past 20 years, Russ has lived his childhood dream of leading and teaching others as a Staff Pastor at several vibrant New England churches. Earning a Bachelor's Degree in Theological Studies, he was blessed to work with many effective Christian leaders along the way. Each of these great men and women has contributed in some way to Russ's servant heart and his unique style of relevant, insightful, and inspired preaching of God's Word. That style reflects the purpose of his life, which is to know God and to make God known.

A lifelong New Englander, Russ lives in Plaistow, NH, with his lovely wife, Angela (known as "AJ"), who is a constant source of encouragement and help to him. "AJ is, by far, the best thing that has ever happened to me, and a daily reminder to me of God's grace and restorative power." Russ’ goal as Lead Pastor at Brookridge Community Church is to bring people from all walks of life together who love God, love each other, and are committed to following God’s Word and reaching others with the exciting news of grace and mercy that is found in Jesus Christ.

Ari is a home grown member of Brookridge; she and her family have been around since the beginning! She attended Gordon College and completed her Bachelor's in Bio and Biblical studies. Ari has spent time in Costa Rica where she was a part of the missionary organization Youth With A Mission or YWAM for short. And now, she leads Brookridge every week in worship with both a passion for singing and the pipes to back it up. She is passionate about missions and hopes to return to the mission field some day.

Ari met her husband Jake while in Costa Rica with YWAM. Jake and Ari have 3 joyful kids, Josie, Amos and Levi.
